Progress shot from 1 of 3 washroom Reno’s underway at our Lawrence park site. With most of the corners and fasteners water proofed and the ditra heat installed, just a bit more waterproofing to go around the shower floor and corners to wrap up
Master En-suite water proofing is in. I always love the way the shower looks at this stage. All the framing (bench, walls, knee wall, floor joist and sub flooring) were all removed and rebuilt squared up levelled and flattened. Next we’ll drop

Almost every piece of cedar was milled down to a custom dimension to put this beautiful fence together. @EchoBeachConstruction and I enjoyed every moment, there’s nothing like bringing something with this type of detail to life.
